I am a Senior graduating in May 2006 from University of Illinois with Accounting and Finance majors and a certificate program in Entrepreneurship with a GPA of 3.55/4.0.
As far as professional experience is concerned, I am a Senior Portfolio Analyst (Psuedo Operations/Client Servicing/Quality Assurance of managementing statements) at Northern Trust Company in Chicago. Prior to this, I was a Branch Manager for a Commercial Bank (local area bank) and have interned at Merrill Lynch as Client Servicing Intern.
I am involved way too much at school, I am the Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi (Business Honors Society), Director of Finance Organization, Dean's Advisory council, and much more.
I am obsessed about working for GOLDMAN's I-Banking group in any city and state. Do you think, I have a shot at GS. If yes, can anyone please advise on whats the best way to approach?
