I'm first year analyst at a bb bank in media ibd but would kill to work at goldman. i'd like to switch into tmt (or possibly any other ibd group). what's the best way to do this? headhunters or friends who work there?
also, are there any headhunters the firm commonly uses? thanks.
also, how hard is lateralling into the firm. |

i just lateralled into gs from another brokerage.
i think the best thing to do is find a friend who works there to resume drop for you. a buddy of mine got me 3 different interviews over the course of about 6 months. thats a pretty darn good hit rate if you ask me
