I'm not sure if anyone still posts on here, but if there is anyone out there who has information on GM's compensation strategies I would appreciate a little help. I'm a student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, studying Human Resource Management. I'm doing a research project on GM for my compensation class and need some specific information. Here are some of the questions I'm looking to get answered: What are the overall compensation policies/strategies like? How is compensation linked to the planning process?
