Thanks for the message.
I have been out of school with an MBA (Not from Top 50) school, and make over 110K as a base with ~22% bonus and a company car. It is a CPG company.
GE approached me for ECLP program for which I applied for in 2003 (making less than 70K). Since then I probably jumped my salary ~45% due to performance, luck and hard work.
My question to you is - Do you think, ECLP program will help me scale new heights in terms of visibility, saleability, promotability and money. And in this order.
Money will follow eventually, but after where I am right now, do you think I can gain substantial. Possible scenario would be to leave GE after ECLP graduation if the opportunity is not appropriate.

I didn't quite understand your post. You're making $110 now, and thinking of doing ECLP?
ECLP is a good program. It had the potential to be a great program, but honestly, I think GE blew it. They hired a bunch of really good, talented people, and I think the program failed people. I say this as an observer of GE. I no longer work for the Company, but I'm close... The biggest problem is that this is the first real program GE has done for MBA level talent. None of the rotation managers went through it, so they don't understand it.
For the first class of CLP (as it was known then), they recruited people from top B schools, so-so B Schools, from industry, and straight from undergrad. GE didn't really know who it wanted. From seeing where the first class went once it graduated, I'd say results are mixed. I hope those people do well, validate the program, and pave a path for subsuquent CLP's. FYI - This is how FMP has worked....
So, should you leave a good job and do a GE leadership program for less money, where you do four rotations? Not sure. Do your due dilligence. GE's a great company, but I'm not sure what you'll gain from CLP, versus just joining one of the businesses in a sales leadership role.
