I'm a part-time MBA student and recently started at GE Capital a few months ago. I'll be completing grad school at the end of the summer and will be contemplating my next career move. My interests at GE include business development probably at CFS or EFS. Is it worth my time to participate in GE's ECLP or RMLP? If so which one is more beneficial in the long run.I thought that I would be shooting for a finance position but I've discovered that sales and marketing are king at GE. Or should I not waste 2 years of my life and just apply for a master's level position. Any thoughts?
