Guys,
I took the test on last SUnday and emailed the recruiter as well.
I passed the test and will go through an interview process somewhere in March.
From what I have read from BLoh and other comments, it does not provide enough training and is a breeding ground for people who have good leadership skills.

Sublimal, did they tell you when in March? I passed the test about 10 days ago and the recruiter said they'd contact me soon for a March face-to-face interview.
