Thanks for more information on ECLP and happy to note that it is not a training program unlike what others had said.
Gave my test today, did really well in English but think screwed up in Math. Time pressure plus out of practice was the cause for downfall.
Lets see what happens.
Cost of living in EMEA also warrants higher pay package whereas in USA, the place they will put us for 2 years are low cost areas. Imagine, louisville, Kentucky, Cleveland, Ohio, Waukisha, Wisconsin are places where they will keep us for 6 month each. These places are not New York or London for that matter so 70-90k will go quite far.

Guys,
I took the test on last SUnday and emailed the recruiter as well.
I passed the test and will go through an interview process somewhere in March.
From what I have read from BLoh and other comments, it does not provide enough training and is a breeding ground for people who have good leadership skills.
