From what i have heard, it all depends on the team you will be interviewing with.
Some team will conduct some rather informal interviews directly with the hiring manager, while other teams will conduct a small assesment center, asking you to make a short presentation, checking your accounting skills with a small test (I guess that's necessary if you want to go into commercial finance), etc... on top of regular interviews.
As for salary, the reason why they don't ask you about it for European recruits, AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND, is that hiring salaries in EMEA are flexible and based on your previous salary. There's no grid. But then again i could be wrong.
I am also waiting to hear back from them for the last interviews. This process seems to take a lot of time. I've never been through an interview process like that. |
