thanks for the detailed email. Do you have any info on compensation in EMEA. I know the US range is $70-$90K, would you know what the EMEA range is or the sign on bonus ?

The couple of people i have spoken with at GE did not tell me how much they were making (it's kind of inappropriate in Europe to discuss salary) BUT they all said ECLP salaries are higher in EMEA than in the US. In the US, GE is very prestigious so the company pays at a slight discount to comparable companies.
In Europe, compensation is based on your previous salary. There's no grid.
So i would not be surprised if people were paid over $100 - $120K in EMEA.
