In Reply To: MN1, Thanks for your thoughts. First question from the Recruiter was "What is your Base Salary?" I said 100K and he was like, well we will match that. My long term goal is to go international and hopefully using GE, I can fulfill my wish. Clorox pays well but I do not like working in Grocery Business and think that GE will provide the process focus and exposure to great knowledge and experience. I just think that, IS age 34 too much to learn again the basics. ECLP graduates have not shared whether the program is worth its weight or it is more for junior people. As far as Signing bonus, the recruiter said, they may give me some amount. Not sure how much. I believe the salary spread is to accomodate various experiences candidates bring. I am little confused whether it is for us. Regards Sublimal
Message: I will be 31 when the programme starts in June of this year. But I think the advantages outweigh the negatives. My decisicion will be based on the financial package they are offering. GE offers the points you mention such as diversifying skillset and also opportunities to work in an international arena MN
