Hi everyone,
I was recently offered an FMP position which I accepted. Firstly, I'd like to thank the participants on this board for all the information they have provided on the interview process, the FMP, and GE in general. In particular, I want to thank HBS2003 for his invaluable posts. I plan to share my experiences at GE (generalities rather than specifics that could 'out' me) and answer questions on this board during recruiting season this fall which will hopefully be of some use to those reading here.
One area which I haven't seen addressed (and which I personally would benefit from a discussion of) is how to succeed in the FMP. Specifically, what functional areas are "good" rotations (ie is pricing exp looked upon favorably? corp dev? six sigma/process control?), how to succeed in the courses, and how to "act" in the GE environment, and post-program options (ie CAS vs. ???) (as well as other important areas which I haven't thought of but I'm sure others will).
Thanks!

does the FMP program fall under GE Capital? if each division has FMP, which one is the best to go with?
