I checked the web site and it provides a lot of information. In fact each of the point that Marc Thomas has highlighted happened at GE Silicones. As he claims it is a Whitemens' club it is so true at Silicones. Only when an African-American was promoted as CEO of Silicones (yes it is true but why?) two key positions were filled by African-Americans. When the CEO leaves (looks more like sooner than later), it will be back to square one.
It is also well known that when a manager of Asian origin is brought into this business (never an organic promotion to date), he is always a hited gun to execute dirty job. After the job is done he is always moved out. I will contact the attorneys provided by you and see if I can join this case. In fact I have documented evidence to prove discrimination at Silicones. Management at Silicones is so confident they make stupid mistakes and think they did a great job. GP and JB always make sure they hire stupid managers to work for them so blindly follow the orders.
