I've read through your messages and found them quite insightful.
I am currently onto the second round for a ECLP position in Europe, and hope you could give some insight here as well? A few questions below...
- is the ECLP well recognized inside GE, I've heard its a flegdling program compared to the FMP?
- with all of the leadership programs, is there really a differnece in profile of those in ECLP vs. FMP other than age/experience?
- Is there big difference in types of post program jobs comparing ECLP and FMP?
- what is the salary/bonus/benefits for european candidates of ECLP and FMP?
- are candidates placed on highly value added projects during rotations?
Any other info would also be highly valuable.
