Well, I'm not sure if Silicones can have any discrimination issues, given WH's demographics. Plus, on the Quartz side, MS is a woman.... Maybe it is a different story down in the ranks.
Haven't keep track of GP, who is still running mfg I assume, and not sure who JB is.
Personally, I'm not sure how long Silicones/Quartz will be in the portfolio. I have to imagine GEAM was slit to prepare one half for sale (and I don't think it is Plastics).

Probably it is in preparation for a sale but, question is with all the laibilities who would buy?
GP is a smart guy as far as technology and manufacturing goes. His human relations and identifying right people for the right job sucks. Just because a manager is close to him, he is ignoring her husbands' performance and keeps promoting him!. This guy does not even come to work but, he is a manager. This is just an example. He has done the same with so many people, it is not even funny. He will pay a price and so does the company. All this he can do since JB as a HR manager suppors all his deeds. Hope some one up above takes a look
