ECLP interviews are primarily behavioral. "Tell me a time when you ... "
The 3 programmes are somewhat different but it really depends on what you're looking for.
They're all 2-yr programmes. It depends on what you're looking for in your career path. The structure is something like:
US: 3 6-month rotations in US; 1 international
Europe: 3 6-month rotations in Europe; 1 in the US
China and Japan: 2 8-month rotations in country; 1 in US |

Would you be able to provide any further inofrmation reagrding the interviews such as what competencies/skills they are probing and more importantly want examles for
I gather the salary is in the range of $70-90K, would you know how much the sign on bonus is ?
