What a joke. When many companies view GE as a breeding ground for top quality managers I don't think they consider Silicones as a part of GE. Looks at what is happening at Silicones. Poor management, continuous promotion of non-performers, descrimination against race and age has led this business to a pathetic state. Now with a huge layoff in progress a few of the best performers are leaving. Thanks to two jokers GP and JB many non-performers are running the show!!. How can GE and its "The Letter and The Spirit" explain any of this? Any one needs proof, let me know. written and documented. |

i'm also a former ge employee, but i'm also a capitalist -- so i went to work for a competitor.
