Genentech is having a serious problem right now. The extensive growth and influx of people is clashing with the former culture causing political garbage to pile up quicker than Staten Island waste refuse.
Middle and Upper Management are free to rule--whether it's laissez faire or iron fist. Oh yeah, I almost forgot the most important aspect of management--refusal to accept responsibility and quick to find a scapegoat.
The stock price is the only thing keeping people here. Watch out after next March--the mass exodus. |
