It depends on both your hiring manager and HR. For me, it took about 3 weeks before I heard back. |

Thanks for your reply. I was seeing through the forums and the decision turnaround for the interviews is quite varying. So 3 weeks, seems like they would take quite a long time before they call in for another interview or decision. Have you had any area overview during and after the interview? I got one after the first interview last week and it was good too. i got to know from the relocation consultants, they might provide one if genentech extends the offer. And if you know, does genentech has any policies of interviewing any stipulated number of candidates for a position? Is there any normal range?
