I have just joined the forum and was browsing through the genentech forum as i was interviewed last week. I was not aware of this board before my interview. I got one full day interview last week and I am expecting a response. It is from Medical affairs group. Can you please tell me how long Genentech usually taking now-a-days to make a decision?

It depends on both your hiring manager and HR. For me, it took about 3 weeks before I heard back.
