I am still here. Good luck to you in your new position. I hear that marketing is one of the better areas in which to work.
Did you get the salary that you desired? You really need to focus on negotiating aggressively because after that, it is all up to them.

Hey, glad to hear our marketing dept is good. Too bad I'm in auto-IT, haha. Which dept are you in??
They offered me 55k as an associate engineer. I countered the offer w/ 61k, and they kinda met me "half way."
Just curious... do you have a ballpark idea of how much these bonuses and "genenchecks" actually amount to?
