Top Firms Recruiting gays |

I'm a gay senior at Harvard.
I've been to several recruiting events specifically for gays and lesbians including a McKinsey event and a Goldman Sachs event. I'm now off to work at one of these firms.
Honestly, these firms are looking to recruit the best of the best; they realize that in order to attract the best gays and lesbian they need to provide tolerant and open environments.
Ultimately this benefits everyone. Who doesn't want to work in an open accepting environment?
I think it's sad that people are so biggoted to put sarcastic and offensive posts up. But ultimately it's exactly that attitude that will keep them out of the best jobs and the best firms, while good people of every race, gender and orientation will advance and eventually dominate the top rung of business.
It's called social progress, and I say cheers to that!
