Good luck to you too, and thanks. |

Like many others on this thread...I also went through round one, though not for the EML position...
Basically, I think I bombed ...for several reasons:
1. It is not an interview, it is a questionnaire with some of the most random questions ever, at times I thought a computer rather than a human was asking the questions.
2. The questions were so random like: Are you empathetic, explain how you have been empathetic in the last week?
3. My responses seemed idiotic in hindsight, I tried to stay upbeat and positive, but I was so caught off guard by some of the questions, I kind of bumbled my way through them...definitely not my best interview by a long shot.
I am now waiting for the "DING" email to say thanks but no thanks we dont hire bumbling fools...
My advice to anyone who will be interviewing Round 1...they ask you 20-30 questions some about business but most about your personality and they ask for examples...like give me an example of how you influenced a CEO in a positive way...
Good Luck!
