Just finished my second telephone interview. I feel very positive about the organization, and I have read one of the books. From what I can tell, this is a great organization with a unique approach to hiring. I think that they really believe in their process, and I cannot fault them for it. They really stand for something and I appreciate it. I hope that I am called back for a third interview.
