As one of at least 2 former employees of Metris Companies, I feel it is in YOUR best interest to avoid Metris like bad boloney! Metris Companies owns Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank,NA, and operates various "fee-based services" to their cardmembers. At present, Metris has seen fit to sue me in Federal District Court in Tulsa,OK because I have shared my views, expressed my 1st Amendment Right to Free speech. By the way, the attorney handling the case for Metris told me he is the attorney for Hustler Magazine founder/publisher, Larry Flynt, on some sort of Free Speech issue. Hmmmm, is there ANY irony to that? Metris is on the web at www.metriscompanies.com & www.directmerchantsbank.com & you can also do general search on Metris. BTW, there's an actual prison in Istanbul,Turkey that's called Metris. Coincidence?
