Fresh Graduate,
I'm afraid I can't help you here. Aside from graduate school, I know very little about the hedge fund world. But, I can say that it's more driven by numbers than people.
I'd still say to look at the organizations and the people that run them as your primary criteria for making a decision. You'll get the most out of a situation that can provide you with a mentor or exposure to experienced pro's.
You've got a long way to go in your career. Find a place you can learn, not a place to churn.
