In Reply To: i'm a work-study student. i work more than 25 hours per week but got a crappy GPA as a result..it's merely 3.0. how can i help myself to get into any i-banking INTERVIEW? i believe i could do well in interviews,'cuz i really have solid financial background and various work experience. but this GPA thing is keeping me away from all interviews. should i take GMAT this summer so that i could get interviews in the coming fall? how about CFA? please please help me out..i wanted to work harder on my classes, but i needed to support my family through my part-time work.
Message: Definitely go after the CFA. I will not be directly useful for IB but it will show your ambition and ability to succeed academically.
