I am trying to locate the discussion site for the Platform rollout at Amex Financial Advisors. Help!

It looks like AMEX bought off, (or into) Vault.com in order to purge the American Express discussion area, making it accessible only to folks who had it tagged as a "favorite" on their computers. They instituted an "American Express Strategic Planning" heading with docile remarks, and purged all index links to the original American Express site. For veteran advisors like myself, (18 years), it is encouraging to see that Corporate Management is this threatened by open communication. Some folks are motivated by seeing injustices like censorship. The platform structure failed miserably and is currently being recreated by the same mismanagement team that was in charge three years ago. The compensation structure is being revised after less than three years, literally betraying anyone who trusted AEFA to allow them to build equity in their practice. How can anyone seriously determine what a practice is worth when the rules and compensation structure are never left in place? The current hot topic is the rollout of a scorecard and tiered compensation structure that drops the compensation of an estimated 40% of advisors. I think it will be higher. The obvious solution for existing advisors would be to organize and assert influence on the company. That will have to be done by the advisors who will be taking the paycut: the others don't see it happening to them....at the present time! More to come! Regards!
