Well I see AGII finally got caught with their fingers in the jar so to speak. Trying to settle for $3MM probably isn't going to get it. Their position is "the systems made a boo boo" won't hold water. Problem is they have been forging and misrepresenting the numbers for quite sometime now. Promoted an old claims adjuster who is totally clueless into the CIO position. How convenient! What a setup!
