Most of this board consists of sales/marketing stuff. Where are the adjusters?
I'd like to get some dialogue going on what is happening in the claims business. How has all the M&A affected you? Do you like your job more or less than you did, say, 5 years ago? Why?
How are your working conditions? Many adjusters feel they are always being forced to do more with less. Is that your situation?
How's the pay and benefits? Is anybody getting any decent merit raises out there?
Are you motivated?
