I agree with aztecsfan. I currently work for TRP also in the 401(k) here in Owings Mills. The job is nothing more than a "glorified" customer service rep. However, the good thing about this position and this Co. is that they'll pay for your licenses. So like most people, you come here work for about a year or so, get your 7 and then jet to greener pastures. If you can manage to get downtown (Balt) to the big office (as I'm trying to do) that's even better. |

Sounds like the job I applied for... so what kind of opportunities are there once you get these licenses? Do they promote from within or do most people move on to get more experience? Also, how is the corporate culture and management style? Just curious because they called me in for a second interview.
