Does anybody know how a dui on your record affects your chances of getting employment in the finance industry???

I've been in the securities industry for 21 years. Don't hide any problem with the law. I have seen more people fail to advance because they wanted to hide a youthful indiscretion. To work at any higher level in this industry the company will bond you and have you fingerprinted. Your prints will go through the FBI's database. I can't emphasize this enough...just put it on the table and let it go, but don't cover it up. Bill M
