I hated the cultutre. I wasnt there long (9 months) as a private banker. Moved on to sales and trading and now at a hedge fund. Its a matter of personal preference. The bank was a very slow moving organization, resistant to new ideas and optimizing buisness. Simply wasnt my style. Like all things, its just not for everyone. That being said I know people that are still there and love it.
