I just accepted a sales position w/ them myself, and have been asking myself (& anyone who might know anything) the same question. As far as I can tell, so far everything seems legit.
I start my training online Monday, and have spent almost nothing on NAA directly, only buying E&O insurance from Fidelity- and if this whole thing is setup just so you'll buy Fidelity's Package, then they deserve my $$$ b/c they are THOROUGH.
Seriously, though, I have talked to the woman who is supposed to be my sales manager several times, as well as her husband (also an NAA salesperson), and they both were friendly and understanding about my doubts.
I decided to test their legitamacy by calling four NAA salespeople in 3 different states (AL, MS, and FL).
I got their names off of a weekly bulletin sent out that shows the top sellers: individs. and teams; and then got their home #'s off of the online white pages.
I felt bad about invading their privacy, but I was also half-expecting the names to be fake or find real names who've never heard of NAA. In the end, four surprised, understandably wary, people talked to me about working for NAA,
So, that pretty much convinced me- this job sounds so perfect for what I'm looking for that I keep waiting to find out it's bogus, but I'm finally starting to buy into it.
If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you sent me an e-mail me at i8mick@yahoo.com,
and tell me what you've heard. I haven't started yet, and would appreciate any extra info.
Thanks,
