I'm currently an accounting/finance major in college and did some research on banking, but I am unsure of how to get into certain fields of banking its so broad. I definately want to do something where I interact with customers, I was thinking Branch management, but how does one get into that role? Also do branch managers have a good shot at becoming vp's?
