I worked for Federated. Made good money but would not recommend them. They are a life insurance company. P@C is their means of gaining access to life accounts. Life insurance is what they push. Managers are pressured from above which translates to micro-management in the field. Lots of college rah-rah, be like me. Think long and hard before you jump with these guys. |

Federated is a very small company. Everyone knows your business. You are expected to "do whatever is necessary to get life apps."
Lots of turnover in the field, although the avg. salary/comm. is upper 80's. They hire mostly kids right out of college for field work.
