I applied to Fidelity and was told they do a background check for bankruptcy, collections and write offs.
I've never filed bankruptcy but do have some things in collections right now on my credit record because of going through a tough time recently.
Will the collections on my record disqualify me from a job at Fidelity?
Does Fidelity hire candidates with poor credit or will I have to clean up my credit first?
