seriously, ten years? i would think the bureau is hard-pressed to find anyone that hasnt done something in the last 10 years? although i have heard the policy is up for review. maybe some of the higher-ups are seeing the problem too. anyway, the cia and nsa policy is 12 months. i mean, come on.
