Does anyone know if FedEx pays any benefits or how good their health insurance is? The company hasn't uet given any information. |

Depends what your position is and what area of the country you are in. I am familiar with CIGNA benefits thru Express. It is now a $30 copay to go to doctor of Cigna's choice. No optical for spouse or children now. If you are married with kids, at least $25 to $30 will be coming out of your check per week to cover benefits. You will have to fight for CIGNA to pay their part of hospitalizations and out patient surgery. Definately the benefits are not what they use to be but better than nothing.
