FYI for future candidates.
Round 2 consisted of a meeting with HR, 2 consultants and another manager (from a different region). Total time was close to 4hrs. All of the meetings went well and the offer followed about 2hrs after the interview with a phone call and an e-mail. I didn't take any tests as mentioned in other forums and posts.

I've just been offered an interview on campus and was just wondering what the first round and second rounds would be like? What type of questions and how should I best prepare?
