Does anyone have any insight on round 2. Round 1 went well and I know they are making decisions almost immediately as the next consulting group starts training in less than two weeks.
In round 1 I met with the manager and he attempted (I believe) to expedite the process and bring in another interviewer, but I had to leave for work (was pushing the threshold of raising red flags) so I had to ask if I could come back later.
In round 2 they said I would meet with two consultants and the HR manager.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

FYI for future candidates.
Round 2 consisted of a meeting with HR, 2 consultants and another manager (from a different region). Total time was close to 4hrs. All of the meetings went well and the offer followed about 2hrs after the interview with a phone call and an e-mail. I didn't take any tests as mentioned in other forums and posts.
