My understanding is that in order to win the interview, it is absolutly crucial ASK GOOD QUESTIONS about the company, PARTICULARLY financial questions of the company performance, about the position questions. This is 30% of success. Another 30% is GPA should be above 3.5; 30% - personal story such as experience, 10 % - dress. Am I right? |

I think asking good questions is a big part of the interview. of course first impressions and personal appearance count. but mostly i think the interviewer is looking for a good fit with the company. if they feel that you're a hard worker, are at the top of your class, fit their image, and are excited to work for them they'll be very inclined to get you aboard. i dont think there's one set formular for it. especially since each interviewer is different.
