Which group of Human Capital? If it's Performance and Rewards then you are headed in the right direction. Many of the lawyers in the P&R group focus on employee benefit and employment law. Regardless the Human Capital group is very flexible. I started out two years ago working in both P&R and Personal Financal Services and recently transitioned into just PFS. P&R allows me to continue to do work with them as my schedule allows. |

It's a very small group w/in Global Mobility and the sole focus appears to be int'l tax law.
Also, what is the starting salary for an attorney in the P&R group? I was offered 70K (w/ signing bonus) for my position.
