I'm a law student graduating this year. My interest is in employement law/employee benefits but I received an offer from the tax department in human capital group. I would definitely like to give this job a try, but in the case this position isn't right for me, would it be possible for me to transfer to a different department at E&Y? |

Which group of Human Capital? If it's Performance and Rewards then you are headed in the right direction. Many of the lawyers in the P&R group focus on employee benefit and employment law. Regardless the Human Capital group is very flexible. I started out two years ago working in both P&R and Personal Financal Services and recently transitioned into just PFS. P&R allows me to continue to do work with them as my schedule allows.
