I think it really depends on what city you work for. My research shows the standars starting salary is 53k. when they offered me 48k, I asked them politely if it was their standard, next time I did not have to do any thing they raised from 48k to 53k.
In case of asking for company car, I beleive there is nothing to do with the job salary and other facilities they provide for you. You might want to ask if they have any company facility such as using company's car for the job purpose. My suggestion to you is not to relate your salary to company's car.

What are office/ location are you talkinf about for 53K for EY?
If I have suppose signed the offer and I want to negotiate for a higher salary.... is it still possible to do ?
Does 47K and 1500 bonus sound decent?
