Why is everybody striving to become the next "Net" zillionare? The last time I checked...Internet IPOs were not doing well.
Anyway, most people who work for so called "HOT" Internet start-up companies are not rich, yet these firms entice prospective employees with the promise of lucrative stock options (It seems that every new Internet start-up firm dangles the phrase "pre-ipo status" quite prominently in employment ads.)
I have an idea...Suppose there is a new Net firm named MyCrappyJob.com and this firm scours the Web searching for people who have the absolute worst jobs imaginable. People could also submit their jobs or nominate others who have horrible jobs to MyCrappyJob.com, to see who has the most crappy job.
After some form of tabulation (ala the Academy Awards) the person deemed to have the most crappy job is given an award. No...not an Oscar, even though some actors' movies are crappy! The winner of having the most crappy job would become the CEO of a "HOT" Internet firm called MyDreamJobOnline.com and be given a heaping spoonful of stock options.
By the way, if any "HOT" Internet start-ups are hiring...I'm available. |

All kidding aside, it isn't a "Net" type of job. But if your interested in making money, that is not a get rich quick scheme. Let me know I have access to many successful people that are walking me through this now. If I can help, let me know!
