am about to change jobs - i wanted to find out if i could use up my vacation days and essentially go on terminal leave.
this would leave me with about a week under employment by the company with benefits which i can use to take care of moving, etc. before my new benefits kick in.
what is the standard practice?
i would appreciate some good, sound advice....thanks a lot.
