The European Customer Care Center in Luton which hosts 16 nations and 450 staff is about to close and relocate to Budapest, Madrid and Newcastle. Loads of redundancies. If such a deal is signed one should assume operational plans are somewhere in the drawer, but no, chaos all along the line.
