Check out those global offices - you won't see any minorities in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, or China. Only in the US is holding up a diverse workforce viewed as good. Gov't and corporations are the least successful organizations in changing people's behaviors. The more gov't tries to change the way people think, the worse they make it.
I don't need people to hire me because of my looks - I will succeed on my own or find/found a company that will allow me to succeed. Eventually it will be the monocultural asian societies that will need to adapt.

Those are predominantly homogenous societies. If they have a minority population, it is marginal at best!!!!!
