I can't determine why you chose to log in under the Diversity Message Board. You clearly don't respect someone else's viewpoints or concerns. Secondly, you seem to feel that white males have been mistreated or something.
If you crashing this board to moan and groan about the sorrow of white males, you're not going to receive much sympathy.

It seems as if the posters on this thread blame every little failure or problem on the color of their skin.
If you don't like your company leave.
If you don't like working for whites then start your own company.
Working for yourself will take away this crutch and you will have no one to blame but yourselves.
Get to work.
