I feel like no one is paying attention to what is going on here. Any patterns materializing? It's all right to bash people who have stopped others from growing, shown off ideas as their own, stolen lines and attitudes. Weed them out. We need room to grow and maybe GT has something in mind. Maybe the house cleaning of the title-clutching top tier is mandatory to get the blood flowing again. Give the lesser of us a chance to speak and be seen. The hell with marketeers as well. They think they are so creative in their ways of thinking when all they really have is a car salesman smile, hand shake, and access to the client that the real creatives here should have. They don't walk around with ideas. they walk around dressed in formulae and reek of client and upper echelon intimacies that even Romans never drenched themselves with... stop thinking like peons and maybe you'll stop being peons. Make something happen.
